SINAR JERNIH is committed to the provision of quality cleaning services. All staff involved are responsible for compliance with the quality management system and for ensuring that all procedures and work instructions are properly executed and that standards are met.


The quality management system is described in the quality manual and is compliant with international organization for standardization to ISO 9002 - 1994.

All affected staff shall be trained in those processes they are required to perform. The adoption of the quality management system is essential for the continued growth and success of the business.
Quality is the all-important catalyst that makes the difference between success and failure.  We create a corporate wide concern for quality in housekeeping services.  We educate and make cleaning and housekeeping quality services as part of our daily life and actuare. 

Consequently Sinar Jernih has adopted specific standards in their management system such as Quality Management System to MS ISO 9001 (2000), Environmental Management System to MS ISO 14001 (1996) and Universal Integrated System to ISI 2020 and OHSAS 18001.
   
   

ISO 9001:2000
On 9 February 2004 Sinar Jernih has been awarded with ISO 9001 : 2000.

   
   
ISO 14001
In February 2001, Sinar Jernih became the first cleaning company in the region to be certified with ISO 14001 - a system that assures 100% environmentally friendly policies.   
   
   

OHSAS 18001
In 26 December 2005, Sinar Jernih has been awarded with OHSAS 18001 - this OHSAS 1800 is to eliminate or minimize risk to employees and other interested parties who may be exposed to OHSAS risk associated with activities.

   
   

UIS ISI 2020 is a set of standards created locally by Research Institute of Standards in Islam (RISIS), which based on Universal ethical and moral values on the tenets of Islam. It is generally separated into three main frames. That is

  1. The Personal Belief System.
  2. Organisational Behaviour.
  3. Management Control.

Under each frame, specific guidelines are identified to ensure not only quality of services rendered but also the appropriate business ethics and moral values adhered to.

The 11 core principles are: -

  1. The Principles of Truth and Righteousness.
  2. The Principles of Due Diligence.
  3. The Principles of Schedule Abstinence.
  4. The Principles of Mandatory Wealth Sharing.
  5. The Principles of Lifetime Preparedness.
  6. The Principles of Singular Source of All Creations.
  7. The Principles of Non Measurable and Non Tangible Input and Output.
  8. The Principles of Absoluteness of Total Knowledge.
  9. The Principles of Knowledge Empowerment.
  10. The Principles of One’s Perpetual Accountability.
  11. The Principles of Indeterminate Determinacy of Total Output of Benefit.
