UIS ISI 2020 is a set of standards created locally by Research Institute of Standards in Islam (RISIS), which based on Universal ethical and moral values on the tenets of Islam. It is generally separated into three main frames. That is
- The Personal Belief System.
- Organisational Behaviour.
- Management Control.
Under each frame, specific guidelines are identified to ensure not only quality of services rendered but also the appropriate business ethics and moral values adhered to.
The 11 core principles are: -
- The Principles of Truth and Righteousness.
- The Principles of Due Diligence.
- The Principles of Schedule Abstinence.
- The Principles of Mandatory Wealth Sharing.
- The Principles of Lifetime Preparedness.
- The Principles of Singular Source of All Creations.
- The Principles of Non Measurable and Non Tangible Input and Output.
- The Principles of Absoluteness of Total Knowledge.
- The Principles of Knowledge Empowerment.
- The Principles of One’s Perpetual Accountability.
- The Principles of Indeterminate Determinacy of Total Output of Benefit.
